Returns & Exchanges

At Knitted Pixels, every piece is handmade in small batches using reclaimed, vintage, and specialty textiles. Many items are one-of-one wearable art, which means slight variations and handmade characteristics are part of the design and story of the garment.

We want you to absolutely love your piece. If something isn’t right, please read the policies below before reaching out.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be free of perfume, smoke, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage
  • Be returned in original condition

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or commissioned pieces
  • Altered items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked Final Sale

Because many Knitted Pixels garments are handmade from reclaimed textiles, small irregularities in fabric, stitching, dye variation, distressing, or texture are considered part of the artistry and are not considered defects.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of many releases, exchanges are not guaranteed. If you have sizing concerns or issues with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Processing Times

Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days.

During launches, festivals, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Custom orders will have separate timelines discussed before purchase.

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Knitted Pixels is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

International Orders

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT charges, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Delivery timelines for international orders may vary significantly depending on customs processing.

Packaging

Whenever possible, Knitted Pixels uses recycled or low-waste packaging materials as part of an ongoing commitment to thoughtful creation and slower fashion practices.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes ♡ Every Knitted Pixels piece is handmade in small batches or created as a one-of-one wearable art piece.


What materials do you use?

Many pieces are created using reclaimed, vintage, deadstock, or specialty textiles. Because of this, slight variations in texture, color, or wear may naturally occur.


Do you take customs?

Occasionally!

Custom availability depends on schedule, materials, and project scope. If customs are open, feel free to reach out through Instagram or email with your ideas.


How should I care for my piece?

Unless otherwise noted:

  • Hand wash cold or spot clean
  • Lay flat or hang dry
  • Avoid high heat

Treat it like a textile relic from a cosmic flea market, and it should stay magical for years ✶


Will sold out items restock?

Most pieces are one-of-one or made in very limited quantities, so exact restocks are uncommon. Similar styles or evolutions may return in future drops.


I entered the wrong shipping address!

Please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.


My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.

Please first check:

  • Around your delivery location
  • With neighbors or roommates
  • Your local post office

Unfortunately, Knitted Pixels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless the item has already shipped or production has begun on a custom piece.
